Before I started Buy Me Stuff my other blog The Uniblog  garnered a lot less traffic than it does now. It has become much more successful as of late and I have been neglecting Buy Me Stuff because of this. I want to really be able to focus on one blog for a while to make it the best and most successful I can! So in the foreseeable future I will be putting posts that would go here about cute geeky things to buy back on The Uniblog. Maybe I will start again here sometime in the future.

Thanks for reading!

I have been into Looney Toons recently, and while I am somewhat familiar with the library or cartoons, it would be swell to get an expert opinion on the subject. Plus the illustrations could be fun!

Amazon:

In a world of rascally rabbits, megalomaniacal ducks, and stuttering pigs, what defines greatness? This question was posed to thousands of cartoon fans, historians, and animators to create The 100 Greatest Looney Tunes Cartoons, the definitive Looney Tunes collection. Evaluated on their comedic brilliance, innovative animation, historical significance, and creative merit, cartoon historian Jerry Beck and the Cartoon Brew team of animation experts reveal the amusing anecdotes and secret origins behind such classics as “What’s Opera, Doc?,” “One Froggy Evening,” and “Duck Dodgers in the 24½th Century.” Featuring more than 300 pieces of original art from private collectors and the Warner Bros. archives, The 100 Greatest Looney Tunes Cartoons settles the debate on the best of the best, and poses a new question: Is your favorite one of the greatest?

I know I already posted something from Kid Robot today but I loved these little Jello Keychains too much to not put them up as well.  At only $4.95 each they are super affordable too!  Unfortunately they come in a blind assortment, but the other little desserty items are almost as cute, so it may be worth the risk.

I am into octopuses right now.  I know they are trendy right now, but I don’t really care.  These little Japanese styled octopi in particular have always appealed to me.  Though other styles of octopodes are also cute.

Check out this little guy from Kid Robot:

Wrap your arms around the cuddly cephalopod from TADO’s Cannibal Funfair.Super soft and measuring 10-inches, this plush octo features a stitched-on bandage, soft felt eyes, and embroidered suction cups on each of its many extremities.

Only $19.95
